I am a lifelong Seattleite, Washington State University graduate, Viet Nam veteran, and career lumberman. I met and married my wife, Penny, while attending college. We have two children and four grandchildren, and are now partners with our daughter, Kim, and our son, Brad, in Windermere/C and H Properties.

We made our first trip to Honolulu while on R and R during the Viet Nam war. We loved it and vowed to come back whenever we could. However we found Kona in the early seventies and knew that this would be our place in paradise.

My entire career has been in the lumber business, and I am still involved, but only as an absentee owner. I was fortunate to start a new career in 2006, and found that the same principles that brought me success in the lumber business work equally well in real estate: Product knowledge, service, and integrity. Kona is our home and we know it well – let me show it to you.
